Tickets can be paid with all major credit cards. In order to make the payment please choose "credit card" as the payment method. Once you made your selection of tickets, you will be directed to the payment page, where you will need to choose the type of credit card you will be paying with:
- Visa
- EuroCard/MasterCard
- Dinners Club
- JCB
- card e-port.
All credit card operations are processed by the electronic payments system ASSIST through the protected protocol (SSL 3.0). Assist receives credit card details of the Customer (credit card number, valid through date, name of the card holder the way it is written on the card). This information is transmitted in the protected way to the specified server.
Attention!
In general - choose "credit card via Assist®ID"
Afterwards - type your credit card details:
- Credit card details without spaces
- Other details - same as on the credit card
Next step - click the "make payment"
Attention!
- Click "make payment" only once to avoid double payments.
- Make sure you receive a message from the payment system that the payment went through (or did not go through).
All details are directed to the processing center via protected protocol.
In the case when the payment did not go through - you can try to make the payment again on our website: www.sportbilet.com, typing in your login and password (you created them during registration).
Possible problems with the payment:
- Mistake in the credit card details.
- Insufficient funds on the credit card.
- Ban on payments through internet put on by your bank. In this case we recommend contacting your bank and asking them to lift the ban.
- There is no connection with the bank. Recommendation - try to make the payment later.
- Payment system webpage cannot be loaded. Recommendation - try to make the payment later.
Return of funds.
If there is a reason to return funds - the company starts the process after receiving a confirmation for the customer. According to the rules of the payment system, the process can take 2-4 weeks from the day of initialization of the process.
